Solicits further comment from Lafler, and indicates that Emerson has also contacted Jack London on the matter. writing on East and West stationery, Emerson informs Lafler that "pending the suspension of this weekly I have transferred by activities to the New San Francisco Magazine," and solicits copy for the coming number.
